We connect chefs and other foodservice professionals to our farmers and food producers through consultations; conduct research on wholesale needs and our vision is Good Food On Every Table, with local and sustainable food available to all regardless of demographics, geography, and economic circumstances. We participate in the Local farmer Council which has resulted in a feasibility study to evaluate wholesale demand, infrastructure, and priority areas of focus; Value Chain mapping; and initiatives to develop resources for farmers looking to increase their wholesale growth. Vartak Foods also began a committee that is working to increase Value-Added processing systems and infrastructure for Palghar farmers and food entrepreneurs.
